It was nice working with so many of you last week! I've posted a video below regarding exporting data to Excel after giving an assessment. There were other videos on our wiki about exporting the data from the teacher tools (class reports, and student reports) but if you're looking to see how every student responded to each question as well as class and student averages, then this video is for you.
